PHARMANETICS TO BROADCAST ITS FOURTH QUARTERAND YEAR-END CONFERENCE CALL LIVE ON THE INTERNET

(Nasdaq/NM: PHAR), a leader in theranostic management specializing in managing the delivery of therapeutics affecting coagulation, announced today that it will provide an online Web simulcast of its fourth quarter and year-end 2002 earnings conference call on Friday, February 28, 2003. The Company's results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2002, will be released prior to the opening of the market on Friday, February 28, 2003.
