  • QA Lab Technician I - This position performs laboratory testing including: product testing of in-process and finished goods; post market stability studies; and engineering and R & D studies. This position also inspects incoming product components. The position reports directly to the QA Lab Supervisor. Minimum requirements include at least two year's experience in a laboratory environment (previous quality control experience preferred), and the ability to work with standardized laboratory equipment. Candidates must possess good oral communication skills, and be able to lift 50 pounds on an occasional basis. An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, as well as previous experience in the healthcare industry. A current certification in phlebotomy is also preferred.   • Reagent Lab Supervisor -This position is responsible for supervising the reagent manufacturing lab, which produces the reagents required for test card and control manufacture. In conjunction with the lab staff, this position prepares control diluents and coordinates the production of controls through the third party supplier. This position oversees the physical verification of inventories of reagent-related materials, ensures the proper data entry of materials into a computerized inventory control system, and oversees the accurate and complete documentation of all reagent manufacturing processes. Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent amount of experience and education. Candidates must have a minimum of two years' experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry and at least four years' experience in a laboratory environment.
